Taney County Fitness (TCF) is not your typical gym. I focus on helping the individual client with their specific needs. Many gyms subject you to the same cookie-cutter programs as all their other clients and claim to be personal training. That won't be your experience here at TCF; this is truly personalized coaching.

Hi! My name is Dayne!
After a lengthy career in the fitness industry in New England, my wife and I decided it was time to embark on a new adventure.
We sold everything and moved our lives out to Southwest Missouri in Aug 2021.
My journey in the health & fitness industry started about 15 years ago when I decided I wanted to combine my love for fitness and helping people.
Thus here we are Taney County Fitness. EST. 2023
