FOOTBALL STRENGTH AND
CONDITIONING

$20 / SESSION

If you're going to be playing football this fall, right now is the time for pre-season strength and conditioning.  Many school programs will be operating a 3-4 days/week program during the summer.  At TCF, our goal is to fill in any gap that the school programming might have and help the student-athlete by providing an additional level of highly specific training designed for performance.

This programming will focus on

  • Injury Prevention

  • Dynamic Mobility

  • Compound Movements

  • Accessory Movements

  • Speed and Agility 

  • Athletic Training Education
