This 8-week-long program is structured into two phases.  Phase 1 of this program is 4 weeks long and is designed to help you build a strong foundation for muscle development and toning.  Phase 2 of this program is 4 weeks long and is designed to help you progress at a safe and reasonable rate in order to continue your success.

 

Phase 1: 4 weeks | Foundations

Phase 2: 4 weeks | Progression

Weekly Schedule: 4 workouts, 1 active recovery day, 2 days rest.

  • This program requires you to have access to a gym with equipment. This is not meant to be an at-home program. If you at wanting an at-home program, we offer those as custom programs. Just reach out!
  • Consult with your physician before doing any exercise.
  • Modifications are always available, and in-person or online consultation appointments are included at the beginning of each phase.
