This 8-week-long program is structured into two phases. Phase 1 of this program is 4 weeks long and is designed to help you build a strong foundation for muscle development and toning. Phase 2 of this program is 4 weeks long and is designed to help you progress at a safe and reasonable rate in order to continue your success.
