In the span of 17+ years of offering personal training and fitness services in general, I have seen a whole spectrum of people. Specifically, the goals that people set. Some have no goals at all and simply do the exercise as a chore, and some have goals that are totally unrealistic. It's a fine line.


If you don't set goals, you may find yourself lacking a sense of purpose. If you're unrealistic in your goals, then you might find yourself always falling short and underperforming, leading you to become unmotivated.


So, in the comments below or in the notes in your phone, write down 3 short-term goals (3-6 months) and 3 long-term goals (12-18 months).
