If there was ever a false statement, this would be it! If you consider yourself to be "old" then I want to help you.


According to a report released by the American Hospital Association in Firest Consulting Group in 2007, by the year 2030, over 37 million Baby Boomers and Gen X'ers will manage multiple chronic conditions. Many of which can be avoided or managed and treated with purposeful exercise.
